Monitoring built by techs, for techs.

Axiom Link puts your compressors, VRUs, pump skids and generators on one live screen: alarms to your phone, setpoints and start/stop from the browser, and a full history of what happened.

No login, no form: the demo opens a live fleet you can click through, controls and all. Customers: Axiom Login takes you to your own dashboards.
Axiom Link unit dashboard: status, live process values, synoptic, alarm limits and trends
Live unit page from the demo fleet (simulated compressor, real dashboards)
Works with the PLCs and drives you already have: Modbus, EtherNet/IP, OPC UA, MQTT and more
Cellular router at the site, nothing on the public internet
Alarm texts to any carrier, plus e-mail
Runs in any browser, phone included
The platform

Everything an operator needs, nothing they have to configure

Axiom Link is a hosted service: no server at your office, no software to install, no IT project. You get a login.

Fleet map and unit pages

Every unit on a satellite map, colour-coded running / idle / alarm / no data. Click through to the unit: status, live values, a synoptic of the skid, alarm limits that follow the PLC setpoints, and trends.

Alarms that find you

PLC shutdown codes, VFD faults and “site went quiet” go out by text and e-mail, to any carrier. Each tech picks what they get, per unit, and a nuisance alarm can be muted on a timer. No more finding out on the morning drive.

Controls with a paper trail

Change setpoints, reset alarms, start and stop from the browser. Operators can run the unit without being able to break the screens, and every write is logged with who, when, and what the PLC read back.

Made for a phone in a truck

A phone-sized page per unit with thumb-sized buttons. Field hands see what they need in one screen instead of scrolling a desktop layout.

History you can actually use

Pressures, temperatures, speed and I/O are recorded every few seconds and kept. Zoom into last night's shutdown or compare a month of run hours.

Commissioned in a day

A new unit is a form: router IP, PLC address, register map, live read test, deploy. Dashboards and alarms are generated, not hand-built, so every unit looks the same.

How it works

Router, tunnel, dashboards

1 · A router at the site

A small industrial cellular router on the skid or in the panel. Wired to the PLC and VFD, powered from the panel, no changes to the customer's network.

2 · A private tunnel

The router joins an encrypted private network to the Axiom Link collector. The PLC is never exposed to the internet; nothing at the site listens on a public address.

3 · Your dashboards

The collector polls the PLC every few seconds and stores it. Dashboards, alarms and controls live at app.axiom-link.com, one login per person, one screen per unit.

If it talks, we can connect it: Modbus TCP and RTU (serial), EtherNet/IP for Allen-Bradley, OPC UA, Siemens S7, MQTT, SNMP and more, with a protocol gateway for anything older or odder. That covers the controllers we meet in the field: Unitronics, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Siemens, Deep Sea and ComAp genset controllers, SCADAPack RTUs and most VFDs.

Alarm control

The right alarm, to the right tech, on the right phone

Nobody wants twenty texts for a unit they don't cover, or a pager that cries wolf. So every tech controls their own alarms, and nothing gets lost doing it.

Texts that actually arriveReal text messages from our own alarm number, to any carrier (AT&T included), plus e-mail if you want it.
Each tech sets their ownText on, e-mail on, or both, from the fleet page. Switch off the units you don't cover.
Mute a nuisance alarm, on a timerWaiting on a part? Mute that one alarm on that one unit for 4 hours, 12, 24, a week, or until you switch it back on.
Nothing hidesMuted alarms stay on the dashboard and on the fleet page's muted list, and Axiom Link keeps watching every alarm.
Unit page alarm box: which techs get this unit's alarms, and every PLC shutdown with its own mute switch
Fleet page: each tech's text and e-mail switches, units switched off, and the list of muted alarms
From the demo fleet: per-unit alarm switches (top) and each tech's text / e-mail switches with the muted-alarm list (bottom)

By techs, for techs

Built for the people who actually go to the unit

Axiom Link is built by Thomas Evolution, started by a former mechanic and field tech. Most of the time the person who needs the data is standing next to the skid, or driving to it. So the product is designed for a phone first, around how techs actually work.

One screen per unitStatus, the four numbers that matter, alarm limits, one trend, controls.
Viewers and operatorsViewers see everything. Operators can also change setpoints and start/stop. Nobody can accidentally edit a dashboard.
Big buttons, plain namesUnits show by name on the map, and one tap takes you to the desktop or phone dashboard.
Stays logged inLog in once on the phone and stay in for weeks; no password dance at 3 a.m.
See it live

Try the demo fleet

Simulated VRUs, an 8-generator power plant and a gas compressor station on the real platform: live dashboards, alarms and controls. No login: open it, click anything, drop the utility on the power plant and watch the generators pick up the load.
